With the growing proliferation of wireless networks, ensuring that your laptop is safe when connected to a network other than your own is more important than ever before. With Network MagicÆs automatic PC Shield feature, shared folders that previously were exposed to wireless threats because of Windows are now locked down and secure when you connect to another wireless network.
For example, if you have Network Magic installed on a laptop computer that uses a wireless connection, you can switch between your home network and another network (for example, an Internet cafe) and your shared files and folders are secure while you are away from home.
